Here is an update on the foreclosure market in South Florida, we are seeing less and less foreclosures in the hot area's of South Florida, I think more foreclosure will hit the market in 2010, however I don't know how many foreclosure will hit the beach? I don't see Miami Beach being flooded with foreclosures, for now the foreclosure's we have don't last days on the market, there all fairly quick sales! which is great, So I am assuming the demand is there, actually very strong I shall say.
